The "From the Ground Up" Construction Hub teaches how to build residential homes under the instruction of licensed contractors, equipping students with the knowledge to work in trades or even own their own construction business. 

The "Real Estate Hub" gives students the tools to enter real estate through wholesaling and house flipping—focusing on generating income and building financial stability. 

The Cosmetology Hub trains students in natural hair care—including twisting, braiding, and locs—as well as multicultural barbering, lash extensions, nail care, and makeup artistry. 

Beyond Foster’s multicultural barber will train youth in diverse hair-cutting techniques, building skills and creating career opportunities in the barbering industry.

The "Vital Start Hub" is our entry-level medical assistant program that opens doors into the healthcare field, preparing students for certifications and hands-on experience. 

 Beyond Foster’s eyelash technician will train youth in professional lash application, building beauty skills and creating career opportunities in the industry.
